The Walk-through – for $150.00, Artful Lodgings will visit your property and, instantly, show you what you need to do to bring your property up to its best look and give it a competitive edge. Without buying anything else, we will help you use what you have, creatively and innovatively, to bring your home up to its best potential. We can do as much or as little as you choose. You will not believe the results when we have finished.
The Full Consult Option – for $250.00, a member of the Artful Lodgings design staff will visit your property, take a fully–detailed set of pictures and provide you with an comprehensive illustrated "To Do" list to optimize your property’s makeover. We will give you detailed ideas on how to emphasize its strengths and bring a potential buyer’s attention to its best features. It’s a great solution that combines economy with proven Staging ideas.
The Staging Combo Option: Add the rental of additional furnishings and accessories to the “Walk-through” or the “Full Consul” cost and we have the Staging Combo. It’s a great choice when there are important rooms that have to be moved before selling. Rental prices will vary and, if necessary, furnishing rental fees continue after the first month. A great alternative to a vacant listing or a price reduction.
Our Bid Option: If you would like Artful Lodgings to fully Stage your home, we will prepare a clear, detailed proposal listing the costs involved. The bid will include information on all labor as well as the rental fees for any additional furnishings and accessories necessary. The bid is provided at no charge. Our Full Staging Option: We will transform your spaces with our unique theatre craft skills. We can re-use and rethink your own furnishings; provide furniture and accessories from our comprehensive stock or choose some combination of the two. And we can do as much or as little as you choose! You will be surprised at the reasonable cost and amazed at the results.

SFL Options:

Consultation - The Economy Package: We can come in, take extensive pictures and prepare a comprehensive “To Do” list for your home for $275.00.

Consultation Plus: For an additional $50.00 an hour, Artful Lodgings can come in, take the “To Do” list and put it into action.
